Most people when thinking about Anxiety, think of it as a horrible “thing” that has developed over time and has taken over their minds and their bodies to the point that there is no return unless they use a prescription drug.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;When closely interviewing my clients and asking them whether they feel they have any control over it, the majority said “No.” The reason why most do not believe that they can just&amp;nbsp; ‘tell it to go away’ is because most people have come to believe that Anxiety is:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;Plus, once it has transformed into a physical equivalent, like heart attacks, stokes, high cholesterol, cancers, and more, it seems impossible to say that it is all the head.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;So, the first thing that I tell my clients is “TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND RELAX, BECAUSE IT’S ACTUALLY EASIER TO GET RID OF THAN YOU THINK!”&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica; min-height: 14px;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;What’s important to understand is that our “subconscious” minds don’t know the difference between what is real and what is fake. So even if we start thinking about things that are not real, like the worst case scenario of a future event, our bodies will still react biochemically as if it is real. So all those things that people think cause anxiety, like chemical imbalances, are nothing but symptoms.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica; min-height: 14px;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;Few tips for getting rid of Anxiety:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica; min-height: 14px;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;If you are feeling Anxiety about a specific event, consider this: Anxiety is nothing but a fear of uncertainty. In working with my clients, I take them through some powerful processes where I guide them into a time when whatever event they were anxious about has already been successfully completed. Anxiety about that event can no longer exist in that space. Once they have accessed that feeling of certainty, I teach them how to hold on to it. So consider closing your eyes, and taking yourself to 5 to 10 minutes after the successful completion of your event, and you will notice how different you feel.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;You might be experiencing Anxiety as a part of your daily life, and this may be triggered by past traumatic events that caused negative emotions. When I sit down with clients, I teach them how to release all those unwanted emotions within minutes; this process completely clears the minds and lets go of the Anxiety. For those who are not familiar with these techniques, I would suggest practicing the kind of meditation that completely clears your mind. Trust me, I know how challenging that can be. But keep practicing and eventually you will get better and better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;For those of you who are familiar with Hypnosis, this is a great tool to get rid of Anxiety fast. The reason why it works so well is because Anxiety happens in your subconscious mind, so you can try to talk yourself out of it over and over (something that I noticed all my clients tried to do) but it will not work. Hypnosis directly accesses your subconscious mind and tells it “Stop worrying!!!”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 12px/normal helvetica;"&gt;&lt;font style="letter-spacing: 0px; "&gt;- The most important thing to realize about Anxiety is that even though it may seem like a “THING” that has taken over your mind and body, it is still a &lt;b&gt;PROCESS&lt;/b&gt; that &lt;b&gt;YOU&lt;/b&gt; are doing. So the next time you feel it coming over you, put some positive pictures in your head, tell yourself positive things, stand up straight and put a smile on your face, and you will notice how different you feel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
